2017 China Fertilizer Tariff New Policy Announced
On 23 December of 2016, the Chinese government announced the 2017 tariff adjustment policy. The new policy included canceling nitrogen fertilizer and phosphate fertilizer export tax, and lowering NPK compound fertilizer export tax from 30% to 20%. In addition, the potash fertilizer maintained the same tax rate with the last year. The new tariff would lead to domestic fertilizer market a series of changes.
